2025 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech-2025) IEEE Conference Record #66949 - is a conference that aims to bring together specialists in Electrical Engineering and Photonics. The topics cover diverse applications in technology fields such as imaging, communication, sensing, and instrumentation, as well as the sciences such as biology and medicine, chemistry and fundamental physics. The conference is designed for researchers to report on the latest findings on Electrical Engineering and Photonics and stimulate scientific exchange among researchers and engineers from industry and academia.

The official language of the conference is English. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Session Co-Chairs: Prof. I.Bekpulatov (Karshi State University, Uzbekistan), Dr. V.V.Loboda (SPbPU).

The idea of the meeting is to valid theoretical and practical results, to compare the results of different scientific schools, and to establish some perspective vision on the topics especially from the applied point of view.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Papers

The papers should be written in IEEE A4 format (double column including paper title, authors’ names and affiliation, short abstract). They should not exceed 4 pages (including figures and references).

IEEE Template

Authors are expected to present their papers at the Conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register in order to have the paper included in the program and Proceedings.

The accepted and presented papers will be sent for the indexing in IEEE Xplore.

Prepare your report

In 2025 year the International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics will be held in partial online format using ZOOM service.

Oral presentations will conform to a 15-minute format (including 5 minutes for discussions) for oral talks. To illustrate the oral talk, a presentation in ppt (pptx) or pdf format should be used. Please prepare to demonstrate your presentation using the screen share function in ZOOM.

Poster Presentation Guidelines. The poster should be in portrait format (A1 advised). Poster presentation must contain the following information in consequent order:

  • Poster title (the same as the submitted paper).
  • Presenting author and all co-authors (the same order as in the submitted paper with e-mails for the possible communication.
  • Affiliation(s)
  • The remaining poster material (purpose/ rationale/ materials and methods/ findings/ implications for practice/key references) should be well organized (in columns or rows) and legible from a distance of 2–6 meters. At the end of the poster put acknowledgments if necessary.

Authors should illustrate their study findings by displaying graphs, photos, diagrams, and a small amount of text on poster. Posters in pdf format should be uploaded no later than October 13th. Posters will be uploaded online and available during the conference for all participants to read.

Venue and Accommodation
